Director and Managing Partner - Jibo Melashvili
Studied at the Faculty of Economics of Ivane Javakhishvili State University from 1997 to 2001. Since 1999, he has worked in fields such as distribution, construction, production, retail, and wholesale trade in positions of Chief Accountant and Financial Director. On May 29, 2017, he received the status of a Certified Auditor with registration number SARAS-A-546653. Currently, Jibo manages the daily activities of the company.- E-Mail :

Managing Partner - Irina Dadvani
Graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili State University in 1982. From 1995 to 2005, she worked in tax authorities, including positions as Head of the Service Department and Head of the Excise Payers Service Department. During this period, she was also a member of the council of the tax and business journal and a Q&A expert. Since 2006, she has been engaged in private accounting and auditing activities.- E-Mail :

Managing Partner - Giorgi Paksashvili
Graduated from the Business Administration Faculty of Caucasus University in 2013. Since 2012, he has gained experience in accounting, tax, and auditing. From 2014 to 2018, he worked in the finance department of an international company in various positions.
